After 2 weeks of push ups it came time to do another "test." Basically, another opportunity to see how many pushups I could do non-stop. Unfortunately, I decided to do this on Sunday around 11 PM. I wasn't warmed up, I had on my jeans, it was just a drop-and-give-me-some type of exercise. Mentally I wasn't there so I am sure I wasn't 100% there physically. I had looked at the chart a few days prior to see how many I need to do to be in the range I wanted to be in..I thought it was 20 but it was 21. I did 20 but I am going to act like I did 21 and follow the program for 21.
